When we ship

We pack and ship paid orders within 2 working days. Every piece is hand-printed, so now and then it takes a little longer; if so, we email you.

Times and costs

• Tbilisi: free
• Rest of Georgia: free
• International: free. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient

Within Georgia we ship with a local courier; international parcels go by tracked post or courier.

Following your order

Your account shows each step: paid, accepted, packing, shipped and delivered. We email you at every step, with tracking details once it ships, whenever the courier provides them.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Check your address before you pay. If something is wrong, write to us straight away with your order number; we can change it until the order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because no one could receive it, we get in touch: we can send it again for another delivery fee, or refund the order minus the delivery cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We sort it out with the courier and send a replacement or a refund.
