Who we are

Locals Only is a clothing label based in Tbilisi, Georgia. You can reach us through our contact page or on Instagram at @locallsonly.

Your account

You need an account to place an order. Keep your password to yourself; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. You can close your account at any time from your account page. We keep order records as the law requires.

Products and prices

Our pieces are hand-printed in small runs, so colours and prints vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos. That’s part of the work, not a defect.

Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL) and include any taxes; nothing is added at checkout except delivery. The price you pay is the one shown when you pay; we check it again at that moment. Delivery costs depend on where it goes; your bag shows them before you pay, and they’re listed in our delivery policy.

Ordering and payment

• You pay by card on the secure page of Bank of Georgia. We never see or store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed once the bank confirms the payment. We email you a confirmation.
• Unpaid orders close automatically after an hour.
• If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you’ve paid, we tell you and refund it in full to the card you paid with.

Delivery, returns and refunds

How and when we ship is in our delivery policy. How to return a piece and get your money back is in our return policy. Refunds always go back to the card you paid with.

Community posts

What you post on Locals Only stays yours. By posting you let us show it on the site and on our social channels, credited to your username. We may remove posts that break the law or are unkind to others.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Georgia.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
