Your right to return

You can return a piece within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. It must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, with tags attached.

What we can’t take back

• Swimwear and stockings with the hygiene seal removed or that have been worn.
• Pieces made or altered to your order.

How to return

• Write to us with your order number and what you’d like to return.
• We reply by email with the return address.
• Send it within 14 days of telling us. You pay for return shipping, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we pay.

Refunds

Once the piece is back and checked, we refund it within 14 days to the card you paid with, through Bank of Georgia. Banks usually take a few working days to show it. For a full return we also refund the original delivery cost.

Faulty or wrong piece

If a piece arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.

Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Georgia.
